Got your latest UI update...few things:

The hotbars do not allow me to create buttons. I ended up having to copy the default EQ hotbutton XML over to get them to show / work.

The Parcel window doesn't display the items waiting. I had to go to default UI to get items / display items that were waiting for me.

Something is odd with your UI install because there is no Hotbutton window XML file in the UI, so you should definetly not have any issues. Perhaps that same idea issue is what is causing your other issues too.
