I had to reinstall the UI because i was having problems with the target window. My problem now is that i cannot move the extentend target window or the spells window. The hotbars do not allow me to create buttons. I ended up having to copy the default EQ hotbutton XML over to get them to show / work.

The Parcel window doesn't display the items waiting. I had to go to default UI to get items / display items that were waiting for me.
